Buy now and pay later for free at 1000s of stores online, including Amazon and eBay. For a small fee, shop anywhere else, in-store or online, including when you pay with Apple Pay.*

Pay in 1 and instantly get 2% back in Zilch Rewards to put towards your next buy, or save for that special something.

For your peace of mind, Zilch won’t affect your credit score, but know responsible lending is at our core and we use sophisticated tech so we only lend you what you can afford.

2) Can’t find the store you want to shop at? Choose Zilch Anywhere.
2) Select where you want to shop: online or in-store.
3) Select how you want to pay: Pay in 4 or Pay in 1 to get 2% cashback.
4) Enable your card and shop!

Making my life easier.

After getting over the initial shock that I’d been accepted. I have found this really easy to use, and keep up with, and it’s thanks to Zilch that I was then able to buy my grandson a first birthday present.

When I had trouble with a purchase (my fault as I completely forgot you could only have 3 transactions at once), when I went to the chat and found I was 73rd in the queue 😳 I gave up, but this was a peak time I tried. I Contacted them later that evening and i was 42 in the queue, but didn’t mind as was just sitting at home by that point. The person (after getting through the two automated ones) was really helpful and looked at my account and that’s when I found out about the 3 transactions, as I said, my fault, not theirs as I simply forgot.

Overall, yes I highly recommend this app, it’s easy to use (& this is coming from someone who gets frustrated with tech) & as the payments are divided into four, with the first one as you make the purchase, it’s very manageable too.

This app does not work

I have been trying to purchase something from this app since last year. I have put all the correct information including my debit card details when I press the continue button it comes up with oops try again I’ve tried several times I’ve contacted the CallCenter several times they tell me to wait three days three days later I receive an email saying it’s been fixed and it hasn’t not been fixed again the other day I called up they said they were going to contact me in three days I receive a text saying it’s been fixed I’ve sent a reply back letting them know many many times that is still not working and it’s still the same problem it’s not linking my debit card all it saysThe same thing (opps something gone wrong)and then it’s back to square one again. I am not the only one with this problem several people have told me that they have the same problem they cannot purchase an order because It won’t link the debit card and when they contact the call centre they are told the same thing . I have called the CallCenter many many times i receive a text saying they are looking into the issue three days later they say it’s fixed since last year I’ll be ttying to use this app up until the other day I said them text back Or call them back and tell them it’s still not fixed and they I said don’t worry we’ll fix the problem and it’s still not fixed i give up !!!

Absolute waste of time.

I never EVER write reviews but I am so dumbfounded by this app and it’s customer support I feel the need to let people know. Tried linking my bank card to multiple errors saying “something went wrong” - how accurate. I was then met with countless active card checks on my bank - how fun.

I then contacted customer support to be met by a bot, who made me confirm all my security details to then put me in a queue of 122. Yes 122 people. An hour and a half later I’m met by a person who needs me to confirm all my security details again. Why? What a waste of time on top of more time. He then proceeded to tell me I’ve probably put my details in wrong… I told him I couldn’t have every single time and if I did my card wouldn’t show an active card check. He then disappeared for 10 minutes and came back and said he updated my address and I had to wait 5 days to see. What address? My address was correct so goodness knows what is going on. I have a suspect feeling people behind the scenes at customer service don’t really know what’s going on with this broken app, as I counted about 5 different features and buttons are broken. It wouldn’t bother me otherwise but when it’s an app that’s so heavily linked with your BANK details I would think twice.

Well anyway, on to the rest of my Sunday.
