Brilliant for Spin with the Apple Watch

When combined with the Apple Watch it tracks your Zones and text you when you change up or down. I also use a chest heart rate monitor as well and I find the Apple Watch is accurate but slightly behind the chest Monitor.

Been using this for about a year doing indoor spin classes and love it!

Needs better GPS tracking

I mainly Run and Cycle and wanted to have an app to focus on Heart Rate zones when training. This app has great promise but at the moment the GPS tracking on Apple Watch is not very accurate, meaning that pace and distance are wrong, so I can’t rely on the data. At the moment I use to analyze HR data posted to Apple Health from another App like Strava which is very good. Support for the App also seems limited so not sure the GPS problems will be fixed anytime soon.

Used every day

Tried most of these zone trainers, this is the best. It’s easy to understand, nice graphics, and it connects easily my iPhone to my Apple Watch. It has an Apple feel about it, - it just works. I use it mostly for indoor rowing.
May2018 update: my fav app just got better. Zones graph better fits iPhoneX screen and new stats graph adds utility.
