Fantastic App - 1% Fee needless
I am one of the earliest users of the Achieve App and I have raked in almost all the badges. If you ask me, I will tell you for free that the Achieve app is the best financial management tool in Ghana right now. I have recommended it to all my friends and Family. You can save alone and together towards your goals. Withdrawal is hassle free.
Only downside is the 1% fee capped at GHS10 that they charge on deposits. In my personal opinion, that should be revised downwards as it sometimes stops me from depositing. On the brighter side they typically run promos at the end of the month scraping off this fee on deposits.
All in all the achieve app is a super app and you MUST download it.
Great app
Ive been using the app for sometime and its quite good. However there are a thing or two I believe can be worked on to improve customer experience and that is the option to select the amount of funds one can transfer to another wallet instead of emptying the whole wallet into another. I believe this option will help a lot of people with funds allocation. Thsnks
Disappointed
I referred a friend into this app because of how good you people have been to me but as at now you people are making me to regret trusting in you....simply because u referred a friend into the app on Monday he has done all the needful including the submission of all the requirements but he has not been verified still,meanwhile you people made it known to us that verification takes just one working day.
Secondly,we've tried contacting your customer care but all was to no avail no just even a reply for us to know that you are even there for us. Weve texted and texted no reply please and please again I don't want any disgrace since I'm the one who brought him into it.
