GETTING STARTED:
For existing adb Customers without a Mobile Banking Account, you will need one of the following to enable you activate the adb Mobile App:
Valid Retail or corporate account with Agricultural development bank.
Visit the nearest adb branch for activation on the mobile banking App or request via your (RM)
To complete your app activation, you will receive an SMS with your username and password on your mobile number used for registration.
Please follow below steps to setup your App:
1. Download the App from the App store & Install it on your device.
2. The Mobile Banking Platform will send an alpha numeric Activation Code with your username to the Mobile Number you provided
2. Enter your Username and password into the App.
4. This will load your account details on the Mobile App Landing Page, and you can start enjoying Mobile Banking Services

Withdrawal Issues
It has become so annoying to find out when withdrawing money into my momo account the money will be deducted but doesn’t reflect into my momo account but it will be shown as deducted on my ADB app ,whiles each month I am been deducted for monthly maintenance fee ….And if am lucky and my money is refunded back into my account the exact money isn’t sent back but I realize the money has been reduced …..Why because at first using your app for transaction was easier and convenient ,but now it has become a major problem paaaa , which is so annoying ,So kindly work on that problem because most Ghanaians uses the app for so many transactions …..Thank you…..
Can’t log in on my phone because another person already did.
Why can't I log in on my phone because another person already used it to register theirs. Which app does that? Then what’s the use of the log out option? And now you’re telling me to visit any of your branches before I’ll be able to log in on my phone? Do you even know where I am and what if there’s no Adb branch around? So I shouldn’t withdraw my money? Work on it because this is really bad. No app does that
Bad App Service
When sending money it’s deducted alright buh it doesn’t reflect in my momo and the deducted nor the charges is refunded…y so…also it takes long for the OTP to appear and it has embarrassed me on several occasions .Honestly due to our busy schedules we are not always able to make it to the bank so please do something about it
