Limiting accounts
Considering the possibility of having joint and individual accounts, it’s pretty annoying that you can’t access even your individual account once your partner has access to the joint account. This really limits the use of the app. You should fix it and make it possible for both parties to view the details of the joint account
Cannot Add other edc accounts
I’m unable to add my edc Fixed income account to the existing Balanced fund account on the app to show my full portfolio. Since both accounts have been registered under the same phone number, I always get the feedback that the number is already onboarded however only the BF account shows.
Unreliable
You have to uninstall and reinstall app most of the time to get basic things like current balance or even add account to invest from.
