Please I’m using Ecobank App on my iPhone 7 Plus, I had saving account and investment deposit account. The problem is when you open the app both is showing current account, current account, making it difficult to distinguish the two accounts. Please do something about it. Thank you.

Very bad

The only thing I like about the app is the virtual card which helps me in payments online but the customer service of this app is completely and utterly useless. I’ve been trying to reach the customer service for so long but no one answered.I reached out via email and all I got was, they will reach out to me. Guess what they never did. I deposited 20ghs from my Mobile money into my account but my balance is still 0.00 even tho I received a notification that the transfer was completed. Where is my money at? I want it back please cause I’m very upset about the app. The worst part is you can’t even buy airtime. They will tell you transaction pending until they tell you it failed. Likewise transfer to other banks local and international, it never works. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OHH ABEG 😭

ghana card fix

so today I spent the whole day at Ecobank Ghana tema community one just trying to register my account with the mobile app. When you open, we went through the procedures I entered my Ghana card and everything I was told to do with myself while in the office after doing everything, they will tell me my name does not correspond with the name on the Gaana card number provided. I even gave it to the one who was assisting me to do the procedure and also try it out and she was meeting the same problem and she asked me to uninstall the app and reinstall I did that for almost 20 times still meeting the same problem I don’t know if maybe there is a bug that you guys have to fix or something cause it’s really not good
