Helpful app!
Really easy to use app! Able to watch the balances in all my phone numbers (both mobile and landlines) but also the data and call minutes available! I can pay my bills in seconds and access “deals for you” coupons to buy my favourite coffee , food or clothes.

Paying online with a card
I used to pay all my bills using the already stored card in my Cosmote app account. However for over a month now I am unable to do so (with the same card) as the app keeps telling me that there has been a problem with my transaction’ without specifying the reason. I have called CS, updated the app, logged in and out, removed the card and tried to add again but still nothing! I contacted support again since my bills expired to avoid the stop of services and I was told to wait to fix. Now,a week after still no news from Cosmote and the problem not fixed of course!

Friendly Names feature is not working
The friendly names feature which is very useful to label “data only” MSISDNs does not work. The mobile app UI implements the flow to mark with a friendly name all available numbers, -not just the ground line number or main mobile connection-, and the friendly names are shown at the connections list but they are not saved persistently (ie it is useless and misleading the way it is implemented). Please fix it!
