Doesn’t allow to work without renovation

The app is very good and comfortable in use. Perfectly designed and has all the useful features. Thank you for that.
Other than that, everytime the app makes me download the new version, when there’s an update, and it doesn’t allow me to work with the one I have at the moment.
It bothers me, because everytime I have to switch countries in my Apple account, since most of my programs are being downloaded from other region, it’s just couple others, including Vodafone that I have to download from Greek region.
I just would really like the Vodafone app let me work with the version I have, so I can change it whenever I think it’s the right time.

Bad service with no follow up!

I was a CU client for many years. Vodafone proposed a very nice deal and I decided to sign a contract. Since then I realised that their service is awful. Having problems with my account since day one. Only the starting page works. Cannot pay my bill, put credit, select packages. It is completely useless. Have contacted Vodafone more than three times regarding this issue. Agents are very kind but no solution yet. I was supposed to receive a phone call on June 2nd (they also named the person who would call me for update). No one has contacted me. Very frustrating when you pay on time every month and you get this service (no service). I would not recommend the company to someone that cares about after sale service. I went today to the store to ask to change something in my account as my app does not work and they told me that the system is down and they cannot assist me today. Only disappointments from this company three months now.

Works like a charm

Includes all available options for top up or control of your plan. Downside is that when chatting with an agent you need to leave the app live and can take a while to get connected.
