It is very nice app. but it does not update the status of the action. For example you have to remove and reinstall the app so as to update the payment of the traffic fees or the change of your ID.

Amazing in terms how these GR apps evolved. We now need to leverage this infrastructure for safety (currently where we lack big time in GR). Feature request:Any entity (bank, office, agency, carrier, any…) that asks (even over a phone call) for receiver (person) to be identified would need to register (ie mitroo). This entity (requestor of personal identifiable information -pii) would need to initiate a push notification to receiver gov app. Receiver via gov app confirms who issued/requesting this info (if legit since its from mitroo records they had to register to be able to push this notification). Receiver can decline or accept to transmit Pii. If they accept, platform receives log and requestor receives only ‘identified’ without any such senstive info being disclosed to this employee (that today works at x but maybe not 2mrw - thus preventing the collection of information).Ideally -all staff should only be able to see partial info (rest masqueraded) but 2 partial id’s are as good as 1 fully disclosed. -George

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made my life so much easier. Having my ID and driver’s license on my phone means I don’t have to worry about carrying the physical ones all the time. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I feel secure using it. There are a couple of minor bugs here and there, but nothing that really gets in the way. Overall, it’s a super handy app and I definitely recommend it.

This is an extremely useful app which in most cases works well and is regularly updated with additional features. My only problem was with the addition of my drivers license where I received an error message and then when I tried a couple of times to inquire through email I received an automated response that wasn’t helpful at all
