Mobile application

Since the merge with Wind, I cannot register online so as to have access to my mobile and EON accounts. It appears that the application crashes every time I register. I am very disappointed. I cannot have control of my monthly bills and it get really frustrating. Someone has to resolve this matter urgently.

Nova app nova call center

The app is fantastic user friendly but the sales call center is awful because again and again and they don’t even know you are a client already plus

It doesn’t work

This app worked fine for a while. Then it suddently crashed and I was never able to log in again.
Nobody answered the live chat, I had to call the phone service twice, only to find out my account was deactivated (why??) and I was classified as a business customer (again, why???).
I am still waiting for a solution and it doesn’t seem there will give me one before my bills become overdue and they disconnect me (and then charge me extra to connect me back up).
Terribly disappointed.
