Why did you need to change it? Before the update (one time password etc) it worked fine. Now I can not login and it has become useless. You want to send us to competition I presume!

While the app has been improved when it comes to renewals, unfortunately the quality broke a little bit when it comes to flames and prizes and stuff like this, you cannot use it with the iOS app. They should be improved though in order to keep customer satisfaction otherwise the app is useless at half.

App DOES NOT WORK

The app was useful when it worked before the update Wind did in May. Since then it simply DOES NOT WORK no matter the iOS we use. We tried contacting Wind, followed all sorts of advice they gave yet still the APP DOES NOT WORK. We contacted Wind several more times with no result. The company does not seem to care about its customers otherwise they would have done something. Anything out of respect for them. Customer service regarding myF2G app is non existent. Shame!
