This app is amazing but it would be better if we could do zoom on it, because the letters and the numbers are too small! Do something!

Too expensive

Your service is very poor and expensive.
It’s a waste of money.
To be perfectly honest, you’re extortionists.
It’s a shame.

Not starting

Can’t even start the app.
The app is supposed to make it all easier, if I can’t even log in, the app has failed its purpose. We don’t NEED a fancy app, we need a working app.
Also a beta testing would be a great idea before releasing.

Το πρόβλημα έχει αποκατασταθεί με την καινούργια έκδοση του App, που είναι πλέον διαθέσιμη στο App Store. Για ό,τι άλλο χρειαστείτε, μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε με την εξυπηρέτηση συνδρομητών, είτε τηλεφωνικά μέσω του 13830, είτε μέσω Chat στο vodafonecu.gr, κάθε μέρα από τις 10 το πρωί ως τις 10 το βράδυ. Μας συγχωρείτε για την ταλαιπωρία.
