Although promising needs lots of work
Counterintuitive app with ‘deadlocks’ in navigation and circular actions that never get you where they should. E.g., clicking on my energy coach redirects me all the time to the web to activate it although I have set it up on my account on the web browser. In addition although a bill has been issued and the amount due is visible, there is no option for me to access and view the bill.

Good evening. Once you get the notification via SMS or email, the pdf will be available to download within 4 days after the bill issuance.

Worst app ever!!
Really ΔΕΗ you don’t reserve such an app. If it was created in-house, then drop it and get a professional company to make something useful and operational. You can afford the expense with your huge profits!!!! Your competitors have far more better applications that are at least operational. Where shall I start from… -Slow, -gets disconnected all the time, -e-self metering is a joke; you cannot enter the meters readings although the notification email has been sent -UI is the worst I have ever seen, not worthy a penny Doesn’t it bother you that all the comments you have received so far state more or less the same? Responding that you are working with the problem apparently is not enough. Get PROFESSIONALS and cut a little bit from your CEO’s annual benefits. I am sure he will not mind in order to fix such a mess.

Payments not updating
I wonder what the purpose of this app is. I paid through their app but their system is not updating to reflect the payment. I then called customer support and they told me that it takes days for their system to update. This is the state of Dei in 2023 they can not even process electronic payments in time. Bravo
