Great news! When transferring money to another bank in Greece, a part of the beneficiary's first and last name is now displayed after entering the IBAN to ensure that the IBAN entered is correct. The new version also includes minor bug fixes and improvements to make online banking as convenient as possible for you!

Disappointment
Initial registration process does not require to insert twice your initial password in order to safeguard for any typing mistakes. Then, when you try to log on you get a message that your credentials are wrong and after five attempts your account is locked and you cannot unlock it unless you visit an alpha branch. Web Banking Customer care cannot do anything, instead they preached on how to insert the password without making mistakes!!!!
Furthermore, the app has very limited functionalities compared to the desktop one.

Doesn’t work as expected and there’s absolutely no support whatsoever
About 5 months ago I installed the app and went through the new account creation process. I went through the video calls for identification, uploaded all the required documents and so on. Then for some reason the app reported an error, just one step away from completing the process.
I called the support department 4 times since and each time they assured me that they would call me within the next few dats with the suggested solution otherwise they would setup an appointment for me in a local store. Guess what. Nobody ever called me back, several months later. They asked for a bunch of my personal data and video and I don’t even have an account yet. Unacceptable the least I can say.
Stay away from both the app and the bank. There are much better alternatives that actually respect their customers.

Bug in cards transactions update
Extremely often the indicated transactions are false. Sometimes tractions appear twice. This leads you to feel unsafe regarding transactions and often to ask clarification from stores whether there double charging of you transaction. The same time there available credit limit is not real time up to date. This was working in the past but currently there a lot of problem. In few words you cannot trust the data in your app…
