No, you don’t take your customer’s feedback into serious consideration, and you are definitely not committed to the improvement of your services. You provide attrocious customer service through automated call responses, through not addressing key app issues and complaints, and through avoiding like the plague to allow customers to reach an actual responsible person in your company at all costs. My -and many other customers’- appaling experience with you is not by accident, it is by design.

Crashes 7 out of 10 times when I am at business profile and want to see the account (down 2nd from the left) my only complaint otherwise everything else works fine! Just updated the app and the problem has been solved good work 👍
