Bad shopping experience

I tell you what happened in the live payment.
- When my card payment is on process, your app is lagged and did not show a successful payment page
- moreover, the payment time of these two are right after each other. If I would need an order of 2 SAME items, I would have made the same order without making 2 payments within 1 min.

Moreover, after my purchase, not to mention I have got no confirmation in terms of email/ sms/ or whatever channel, you choose to reply me when you have shipped the item.

I have contacted hktvmall, they said I need to contact this email. Shortly while I contacted the customer service from Everust, they immediately mail me the products. I think your company is playing a fraud on me and trying to make sales by such pushy and fraudulent way.

This is a bad shopping experience and for sure and I will choose to report to the Consumer Council. This is ridiculous.

Poor customer service, UI and dishonest seller

First time using Everuts and I have a really poor experience.

I have made a request of buying a WHITE device, while they shipped me a PINK one. And the package looked really worn out and seemed like was being returned by others before.

And after I received the product I tried to contact their customer service and they are so unresponsive. I reached them from 1030am and still don't have an answer until their off time 6pm.

Only I have to find the CS of HKTVMALL they would reply me after that. And it is ridiculous that even the time shown of our chat was inaccurate (dont know if they have altered it or its the bug of the app).

I do not recommend using this app. Hope that they have better QC
