為讓公眾有更多途徑獲取澳門的應急資訊，澳門特別行政區政府地圖繪製暨地籍局推出《應急地圖通》流動地圖應用程式，讓公眾可透過手機取得全澳各級風暴潮警告下預期受影響地區、預期受暫停供電措施受影響地區、實時水位監測資訊、各個避險中心位置及緊急求助電話等重要資訊。
《應急地圖通》內建了各級風暴潮預期受影響地區、避險中心、需扶助人士集合點／緊急疏散停留點、醫院、衛生中心、治安、消防及海關單位等地理資訊；公眾只需開啟手機的衛星定位功能，便可瀏覽目前位置是否在風暴潮預期受影響的範圍內，以及了解附近的避險中心及緊急疏散停留點等位置資訊，更可預先規劃步行至最近避險中心路線。
《應急地圖通》在線版可顯示現正懸掛的熱帶氣旋、暴雨、雷暴、風暴潮等惡劣天氣警告信號、實時水位監測站數據及實時海事資訊，讓公眾隨時可瀏覽各類應急資訊。
Em resposta ao fornecimento de informações de emergência de Macau ao público através de diferentes meios, a Direcção dos Serviços de Cartografia e Cadastro do Governo da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau tinha lançado a aplicação móvel de mapas “GeoGuide para emergências”. Esta aplicação permite que o público possa obter informações sobre a previsão de inundação dos diferentes níveis de “Storm Surge” em diversas zonas de Macau, a zona prevista que pode ser afectada pela aplicação de medidas de interrupção de energia eléctrica em diferentes níveis de aviso de «Storm Surge», informações das de monitorizção do nível das águas a tempo real, a localização de cada Centro de Acolhimento de Emergênciae das linhas de emergência e entre outras informações de emergência.
“GeoGuide para emergências” é constituído por informações geográficas sobre a previsão de zona de inundação dos diferentes níveis de “Storm Surge”, do Centro de Acolhimento de Emergência, o Local de Encontro ou Local de Permanência para Evacuação de Emergência, do Hospital, do Centro de saúde, de Unidades de Segurança, de Bombeiro e de Alfândega e entre outras. O público basta activar a função de posicionamento por satélite do seu telemóvel para o conhecimento da sua localização em relação à zona de previsão de inundação de “Storm Surge” e ter noção da localização do Centro de Acolhimento de Emergência, Local de Permanência para Evacuação de Emergência mais próximo e entre outras informações e também permite planear o percurso com antecedência para o Centro de Acolhimento de Emergência mais próximo.
O “GeoGuide para emergências” na versão on-line pode visualizar os sinais actualmente içados, nomeadamente o sinal de tempestade tropical, o sinal de chuva intensa, sinal de trovoada, o aviso de “Storm Surge” e o aviso de fenómenos meteorológicos severos, informações de monitorização do nível das águas e assuntos marítimos a tempo real, entre outras informações, em que facilita o público na visualização de diversos tipos de informações de emergência a qualquer momento.
To provide public with more ways to obtain the emergency information of Macau, Cartography and Cadastre Bureau of Macao Special Administrative Region has launched the “GeoGuide for emergency” mobile map App, which allows public to obtain important information such as the areas may be affected during different “Storm Surge” warning levels, areas may be affected by Power Suspension Measures, Real-time water level monitoring information, location of each Emergency Shelter and the Emergency Hotline of Macau via mobile phone.
The APP has built-in geographic information such as areas may be affected during different “Storm Surge”, Emergency Shelter, Meeting Place / Place to Stay for Emergency Evacuation, Hospital, Health Center, Public Security Unit, Fire Services Unit and Customs Unit. The public only needs to activate the satellite positioning function of the mobile phone to see if the current location is within the expected range of the “Storm Surge”, learn about the location information of the nearby Emergency Shelter and Place to Stay for Emergency Evacuation, and plan the walking route to the nearest Emergency Shelter in advance.
The online version of “GeoGuide for emergency” can display the current severe weather warning signals, including tropical cyclones, rainstorm, thunderstorm, and “Storm Surge” warning levels, real-time water level monitoring station information and sailings information, so that the public can browse various types of emergency information.
