The interface is so dumb that users have to look up the functions INDIVIDUALLY themselves, in which those functions in other better Apps should pump up automatically upon launching and link up in sensible sequence. I wonder whether the big heads did walk through those steps like normal users who are new to this APP. Moreover how comes there is no information on where I can use the eTroll, as well as where this eTroll will be applied. I have to check this from other sources. That’s pathetic

I just opened an account and submitted my application for a tag. My application is still pending but in the meantime I connected my car to my account. It took less than 10 mins and there was no problem. Now I just need to wait for my tag and choose a payment method after it arrives. Let’s hope it goes smoothly for me and others as this is a great new technology that takes the autotoll monopoly away from the tunnel company and Wilson parking.

Lots of negative reviews here, but at least for me, everything worked fine, ie I set up an account, associated the tag to my account, changed the payment mechanism (bye bye Autotoll) and all looks fine. Yes, you need to do some validation, but nothing burdensome given this is linking across multiple providers and security is important. Like any app, they will sort out bugs and improve it. Give it a chance - it works.
