Can’t sync to cloud for a year now

Hello I’m a super fan of the app, have used it for more than 10 years now. Absolutely love it. The only recent issue I have encountered is that since last year every time I pressed “sync now” it says “sync fail”. Can you please fix it?

Hi! We'd love to help you out! This issue may be caused by the network problems, so could you please switch to other stabler networks to try again? If the issue remains, could you please tell us in which way you backed up? Apple ID? Google account? iCloud or others? You can give us more details and send us an operation video of it via "Settings-> Bug Report&Feedback". And don't remove the attached files. They can help us locate and resolve the problem quickly. We will provide you with a 1-on-1 service after receiving your feedback. Thanks in advance!

I've been using this app for years and it's really so nice. I love the new function of the morning and night routine! I think it would be nice if there are more types of exercise so I can do during my leisure time. And maybe add a tracker/reminder for drinking water?

I’ve been using this app for over 10years, since I was in college. Will be nice if we can have feature for ovulation strips tracking where users can upload image of strips everyday for easy comparison. I’m willing to pay for this, I just don’t want to switch to other app.

I love using this app and have been using for 5 years now! But there’s an error message shows up recently “the developer needs to update it to work with this version of IOS” (14.6), and not able to get into the app.Will that be updated soon???
