A food delivery app that it very easy to use.

This is a growth brand which has most of the major restaurants onboard. Would benefit from further expanding their food network.

Good for their “lateness” promise and in this way provide a more complete solution than the competition.

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed with a recent food order. Shortly after placing the order, we aware that it would take over an hour for delivery. We tried calling the restaurant to see if we could cancel since we weren't prepared to wait that long. The restaurant said it was possible and that they would contact Keeta to cancel the order. However, the restaurant later refused to cancel. When we called again to confirm, they claimed that Keeta had instructed them to reject the cancellation request and stated that Keeta would cancel the order. In the end, the order was not canceled, and when we asked Keeta about it, they said the restaurant had refused and it was not their responsibility. It was a confusing situation, especially since we had already gone out to eat and asked for the food to be left outside to make it easier for the delivery person. Unfortunately, the food went to waste, and Keeta's actions throughout the process were difficult to comprehend.

Throughout the process, the responses from Keeta service staff were filled with casual and joking tone, completely lacking professionalism.

Bad experience system have bugs

Be careful people! Terrible experience with the app and customer support. i ordered food and those charges confirmed beeing applied on my card waited for 20 min and looked at the app again and somehow my order was cancelled! And saying my charged amount will be refunded within 7-14 days. Isn’t this ridiculous!? I contacted customer support the first one useless and with robotic answers. 2nd one seem a bit more human. Funny thing is they told me that the merchant wasn’t available at the moment when I made my order and KEETA is always charging upfront so that’s why it caused to the refund. Hmmm merchant (shop) not open but I am able to order food yeah right ?! Not logic Meaning that if you order food at KEETA there is a 50/50 chance that the merchant will cancel your order and refund money to you but it take 7-14 days…..if you unlucky two orders will be cancelled and your cash will held for two weeks for refund :P
