Disappointed on miles transfer.

Extremely disappointed that miles cannot carried forward from old to new app. I know everything is under T&C and discretion is on MUJI. However, this indeed discourages my future spending intention.

Did any IT team and product team have tried this app before launch???????

One of the worst membership app I have ever tried. Is this app built by a kid? NO UIUX, NO QA, NO business sense, how can this app even be launched?
I cannot login 1. Transfer old passport info to this new app 2. Tried to register a new account
I tapped shop now, and it only redirect a new browser, not even a web view in app!! Is it only develop from the scratch within 1hour with NO budget?

Couldn’t log in, all points GONE

After spending 15min registering with my old ID/number, verified this and that, and I was told that I couldn’t log in and have to re-register. Was finally able to login a few days later using the same credentials only to find out that the points I have been collecting from the old app were not transferred to the new one. So WHY BOTHER?!
