Access Failure

I can’t use it after update. Horrible & Bad! This app suddenly needs to be updated. And, I can’t even enter the app now. The interface shows the slogan after I update the app and click the app icon. I need to search for the flight data for my flight!

Useless

After updating the app, it keeps crashing or screen frozen and cannot click anything. I wasted half an hour trying to delete and reinstall the app many times but it is still the same.

Can’t update to 1.7.14 version on iOS via Apps Store

The developers must verify with multiple tests on the updated version before launching in the market for end users. It’s a shame for Hong Kong people as the Hong Kong Airport official app represents our image. Please make extra effort to make it right.
