Notification problem

The app is good to use, however recently the notification in the setting is turned off therefore I didn't receive any email notice regarding my lastest bill (Feb 2022) until I login to the app...I am not sure the cause of this as I am still receiving the previous bill (Dec 2021) ok

Auto log out missing

The old apps can auto log out when you close the apps, the new version apps can’t auto log out when the apps was closed. Problems is when you log in the apps, all the personal information was show on the first page, it was important to protect your personal information, hope that this function can be fixed just like before, thanks.

Whole new experience. Love it!

I love how CLP modernizes its digital services to keep up with the latest trends. Now, I can easily manage my accounts and complete bill payments directly. Love it, and please keep up the good work!
