I tried to place an order on the app but I never got confirmation. The money was taken from my account. When I went into my orders, the order was not there. The app provides an out of date phone number??? I tried to ring the phone number provided when you look it up online and there was nobody there to pick up the phone. There was no help available on the app for me. One of the products in my order is now sold out so I won’t be able to get that now. Very disappointing. Very poor help available from the app, no help available in fact. (Except for a phone number that’s no longer in service!)

I found this app to be brilliant, until I encountered a problem, then it was useless, I couldn’t log into my account as it wasn’t recognising my e mail, I rang, got out transferred from 1 to 9 people and it still wasn’t sorted I had to go an get a new card register that and transfer my points , which I wasn’t happy with really because I had a lot of points on my card, quiet annoying really, I think at least when I rang someone should have been able to fix this problem, I had entered my new e mail a couple of weeks previously and it obviously didn’t change and caused this problem. It had changed on the app but not in boots, when I rang they said it hadn’t changed and now it was causing a problem . There’s a glitch in the system somewhere, until there’s a problem things are great. I’m now trying to de activate a card and add a new card and it’s absolutely rediculous, no matter how many times I de activate my card and add my new card the bloody app still has my old card on it, even after deleting it de activating the card and deleting and re installing the app it still has my old card on it telling me there’s a problem.. it’s a bloody nightmare ..

The app is great when it is running smoothly.
I like that I can find out prices of items easily enough. In November there was an issue with the codes not being the item I was looking for in store but other than that shopping is good.
I love the repeat or ordering prescription service on it. We use that most. It is great to be able to send a new prescription ahead of collection. It’s great for both parties. It is very frustrating when trying to order repeat prescription it asks for directions for the pharmacist yet won’t allow my input. I have mentioned this to the pharmacy team too. For our inhalers, I have tried inputting: inhaler(s)/ becotide 100mg/ Becotide. I’ve tried capital without capital etc yet it won’t allow me to proceed. Yet at other times it accepts that same description without question.
Boots is a great pharmacy. Great choices of everything. Good opening hours and helpful staff.
