EasyGo 4+

Great idea but execution is not enterprise ready.
Doesn’t display charging data correctly- no visibility into time or kWh consumed / amount due for charging.
Often does not properly starts charging, so far left connected but not charging. You will be left surprised after couple of hours, that your car didn’t charge (see previous point).

Text box when writing to the support team is cutting visibility of the text written, so difficult to communicate.

Lastly no reply from the support in over a week.

No confidence to share credit card details, as very poor design, leaves by guessing how secure it is.

First of all, I love EasyGO! I never had any issues in the 2 years I have my EV except one charging station had a grounding problem. But the app seems to have a problem with showing some charging stations as active. I’m literally at this very moment sitting in my car charging at the Clare County Council parking lot chargers and the app shows that he chargers as “unknown” and greyed out. Has been like this for these chargers and a few others in Ennis for a long time. So we can never see ahead of time if the chargers are occupied or free.

Could you please fix this?

I’ve used this app a few times now to charge. App shows where chargers are from a number of different companies, which chargers are available, along with prices. Great for finding which supermarkets offer free charging while shopping. I’ve hand no issues using only the app to charge at EasyGO chargers.
