Life Changing

I saw this app mentioned in an article I read and decided to give it a try. It’s easy to use and from the very beginning I found it very calming while I was doing a meditation but also for the rest of the day. I like the noting technique in particular, I use it a lot to stop getting overwhelmed by constant thoughts and what if’s, I’m a lot more productive in my day now that I’m not procrastinating on every little thing. I’m doing the mindful eating course at the moment and I’m finding it very good. I really look forward to my meditation every day and they have a big range of topics - sleep, mindful eating, anxiety, burned out, cravings, fear of flying, housework - the list goes on. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks for this app!!!

Are these guys getting too big?

Two years ago I raised that sleepcasts can’t be downloaded. All sleep gurus say to switch off WIFI for a good night sleep. Two years on, nothing changed. Very, very disappointing!

“ Unfortunately, there isn't a way to download sleepcasts for offline use at this time. The sleepcasts are a new feature and we are always looking for ways to make Headspace more accessible to our users. We hope to have the ability to download these sessions in the future. In the meantime, I will be sure to pass your request along as a suggestion to the appropriate team.”
