One of first into buy tickets for the Kerry Dublin match -Ticketmaster screen froze, then told me to choose different seats but wouldn’t allow me to. I couldn’t do anything, but seats, change them without losing my place. Eventually it allowed me to buy but then I got an error message. I had to go back to start and ended up with absolutely rubbish seats. Appalling system.

The app is grand. But the frustration of at this stage having had to change my password almost every time I use it is palpable. Why?? Why does it not let me proceed without changing my password??! I’ve run out of passwords I can easily remember, I’m getting too old for this messing! There are many good features in the app e.g. the ability to transfer tickets etc is great. But they lose 2 stars down to the password issue. Silly in this day & age. Technology has moved far beyond this. One other thing… very impressed that I could buy tickets that had been returned for resale by others. Not so impressed when a few hours before the gig I couldn’t go but wasn’t able to resell them. The facility was not available on the day.
App is a disgrace

Your app is an absolute disgrace. I tried to get Dermot Kennedy tickets for his Dublin gig this morning. Tickets went on sale at 10am. I was on the app at 9:58am waiting for the sale to start. At exactly 10am I joined the waiting room and then about 30 second later I was given the option to Join the Queue. I hit join the queue several times and nothing happened. After 2 minutes I went on to the Ticketmaster website through the Safari option on my phone. It took me a minute to sign in and get into the queue that way and I was then 8,000 in line in the queue. The venue that Dermot Kennedy is playing in has a capacity of less than 1,300 and after waiting through the 8,000 people ahead of me in the queue, big shock that I didn’t get a ticket. What is the point in having an app and advertising it when it doesn’t even work. This is a joke

When signing in, you are moved to a window where the login page is meant to appear. But no matter what device you use or if you choose to move the page to a browser outside the app it will leave you stuck sometimes 30 minutes loading up that page! "Almost there don't refresh" is a total lie. How am I meant to get my tickets if the page to login won't load? After you put in your details you'll be stuck waiting for a second page to load! This seems to be a common issue between users. How a huge corporation can't make one functioning app is beyond me.
