I am with Hosting Power now over six years and so far a had no issues. I really like that they have created an app which makes it much easier.

The website deleted my message where I clearly stated that I was looking for a long-term room only, so the host could decide to accept my request only if they were interested. However, they didn't communicate that it was deleted so I could change the dates, the host was not available long term, and I was not informed about this. Second they charged me €430 in fees, but I could not get the room because the host was not available for the period I requested as well, making even the basic deal not right.Hosting Power is now refusing to refund my money, and making very difficult communication and I currently have no accommodation and nowhere to go. Their support is extremely poor, with no regard for how serious it is to leave someone without accommodation.

I want to leave a review about this service. It's focused solely on profiting from its own activities, with no respect for tenants. They fully support property owners and defend them at the first complaint. Be aware that if any problem arises, you won't receive any assistance, and your money will be lost, as no one will refund it if you move out yourself. However, they create conditions that make you leave the property yourself. I can't say this applies to all rooms, but it's like roulette, and it's all about luck.

Requested an accommodation from 20th of August. Host agreed then said “actually sorry, we are out till 21st evening, hope that’s not an issue”. It was a huge issue and support takes hours to respond and when they get back the respond is “no worries, the host is delighted to welcome you on the 20th” even after I attached screenshots with hosts messages saying otherwise. And they take 442€ for this “service” . I’m left without a place to sleep because of this.
