FEATURES
AI receipt scanning. Photograph or upload a receipt and the details are extracted for you. Every extraction is shown to you for review before it counts.
Revenue-aligned categorisation. Expenses are sorted into Irish Revenue allowable trading expense categories: Office Costs & Administration, Rent & Utilities, Travel & Subsistence, Advertising & Marketing, Professional Fees.
Audit Shield. Expenses Revenue treats as disallowed, such as client entertainment, fine dining and personal spending, are flagged automatically so they don't end up in your return by mistake.
VAT3 reclaim tracking. VAT amounts are extracted and tracked to help you prepare your VAT3 return.
Form 11 self-assessment ledger. A running, categorised ledger of your allowable expenses, ready for your Form 11 return.
6-year retention vault. Receipt images and records are kept for the statutory six-year period required under Section 887 of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997.
Works offline. Capture receipts with no signal and they sync automatically once you're back online.
PDF tax summaries. Preview, export and print an on-device PDF summary of your expenses by category, ready to hand to your accountant.
