Ratings and Reviews
Faulty app
There’s a serious bug in the app, on some days it’s shows I have over 600 stars and then on some days it shows zero. My mobile number never gets updated.
App keeps crashing
Whenever you’re trying to view your membership, the app crashes. This wasn’t the case before so perhaps it’s time the developers fixed the bugs that they’ve created with one of the updates. I have to use the web browser to display my card, and my points are not updating either, the balance shows zero even though I last shopped there two days ago.
Screen frozen
No point in sending me offers that I can’t access once I get to the village it’s like a block has been put on the app can’t access anything on it 🤯
