Best Mobile Data!
This is my opinion but I was paying 20 euro a month with Vodafone for credit and my bank account wasn't having it. Then, by miracle, I stumbled across 48. My life changed from here. Paying €7.99 a month (pocket money) for 100gb of data, enough calls, by far, to make in a month and (I think) unlimited texts. 48, I thank you for your awesome service and cheap and reliable plans!
Too disappointing and lacklustre
Firstly a bug that has been here for many months is that you are unable to use the safe through this app. When attempted you get the pop up: “Uh oh, an error has occurred”. The only way to use it is to go to the website and do it from there which is very tedious. Secondly they safe and all flexi-data options should be accessible even without an active membership. For some reason this isn’t a feature already but if it ever becomes a feature my review and perception of this service will change and I will recommend it to more people instead of spreading negativity about it.
Lastly the app is very choppy, it’s not smooth and could really use some touching up to make the user experience better.
Does everything you can do via a browser
Great app with full functionality in managing account and keeping up. Terrific app, great service, keep going.
Maybe offer it to the older generations now?
