Confusing interface

The interface is confusing. I purchased travel insurance. How do I see it. What needs to be “activated”? Why does Max say my card doesn’t exist? What does it mean by charge it?

If you are being asked to log in every time, this may indicate that Face ID is not enabled on your device or within the app settings.
