The Bank is great but the app is just not in any modern standards. You have to do something about it, I’m considering to move to a different bank only because of the app. So hard to follow the activities on my account because the app is often not working (they said it is down and try again later) also, all the data related to the credit card payments also has many problems and often doesn’t work. Do something about it you are a bank!
Good app bad messaging experience

The app is very good but the messages part to the banker is very bad, hard to write and edit what you wrote, cant copy messages, cant add common characters, this part of the app need substantial improvement to industry standarts.
This app needs an upgrade

Very not intuitive, works really slow, lacking a lot of options that other bank apps have..I moved to this bank from discount bank and the difference between the apps is mind blowing
