PlacesUp connects residents of a residential complex with its management in one place.
For residents: open a maintenance request with photos, follow its progress, schedule the technician's visit, receive announcements from management, answer polls, browse the community board, use the laundry room and open gates from your phone.
For management: a ticket queue with staff assignment, announcements and polls to all residents or to groups of units, resident and building management, laundry room and reports.
For maintenance staff: one work queue — mine, waiting, today — with take and close right from the row.
Full Hebrew UI with support for larger text, dark mode and VoiceOver. Access is for members of a closed complex only: complex code + phone + one-time code.
