Also, the text size in the user’s text input is huge comparing to the size of the text box itself, so you can barely see what you’re typing.Last thing (just for this review, there are way more thing you should fix) is that there is no session for the chat. Once went to another page on the app, you won’t be able to get back to the chat and you’ll have to start new one.2 stars for not being and iframe to a website.

Doesn’t work, but I guess that’s what you can expect from the Israeli failing lazy postal services management team. That’s the result of an entity that doesn’t really care about the customers (because they don’t need to, they are government owned and operated - no risks of losing their jobs or “trapped” customers) - and just do what they must to show they did it. Very sad.
