Latest update having a bug

The latest update is having a bug in application which keeps on showing a popup to update the app when you open it. When you go to update it again it says app is up to date and shows a open button. When you open it from App Store it again ask to update. Which keeps on rotating.

I’ve been using Routematic for a while now, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. The app interface is outdated and often lags or crashes at the worst times. Booking a ride is unreliable—sometimes the app doesn’t confirm bookings or shows wrong status updates. The location tracking is poor and inaccurate, making it hard to coordinate with drivers.Customer support is either unresponsive or offers no real help. Notifications are delayed or missing entirely, and ride updates often come too late to be useful. For a service that’s supposed to simplify employee transport, this app adds more stress than convenience.Please fix the bugs, modernize the UI, and improve real-time tracking. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this app.

When submitting the driver rating, it asks for too many things. First submit driver rating, next is are you sure you want to submit it? This is not banking action which requires so many confirmation, then it says driver rating submitted, then you again have the click okay on it then it asks to rate the app on app Store. After every trip you have to go through this unnecessary 5 steps, Please fix it, just give driver rating once you select the pop up closes. No confirmation process should be required

Showing the car model along with the number would make identification much easier.2.The app does not indicate if other employees are onboarding from the same pickup point. Adding this feature would help in better coordination.3.There should be an option for employees to see if someone has canceled their pickup or marked themselves as a no-show. This would improve transparency and allow for better planning.Implementing these improvements would greatly enhance the user experience. Thus gave 3 rating, will wait and follow up the review if any updates are make which make up the above points.
