I booked with them for the first time and my experience has been amazing. The app is cool and works as expected. Payment gateway issues are there in mobile app and need to be fixed.

Fraud Site
Fraud insurance policy never buy tickets from them better pay a couple of rupees extra by booking from other sites atleast you might not be scammed . They are selling insurance policy for ticket cancellation by airlines... I don’t understand why would I need it if an airline cancels the ticket they will refund the amount any way. Make My Trip has insurance police that covers cancellations and rescheduling done by the travelers, that is something worth money. They only attract people with cheap tickets and later exploit them and one can expect the worst customer care representative here

Worstest ever customer service response
First they say they can’t help , credit shell is with the airline. When I try to book ticket with airline. I came to know refund is initiate to Akbar travels. Both of them don’t ever give any information till we contact them.
Guys;
Download some customer friendly app for booking. This is the worstest they want to use our money for a month and acquire interest in a name of refund policy of 15 to 30 days even after airline pay them back.
