I booked with them for the first time and my experience has been amazing. The app is cool and works as expected. Payment gateway issues are there in mobile app and need to be fixed.

Worst after new app release 👎
Earlier the app used to work fine (older app). This new app with new UI is full of bugs. I can’t pay with UPI. It seems like an intern has developed it. I used to be the most Loyal customer of Akbar Travels because of its easy and simple UI flow and excellent CX. But sadly, now I truly believe that Akbar has lost its Spark, due to the difficulties that I have faced today to make a simple flight booking. I am never coming back to use this worthless app. 👎
EaseMyTrip seems to be far more stable and offers a better CX.
FYI, tried at-least 10 times with 2 different flights. At last booked my flight using EaseMyTrip. #frustrated
