Genuine and standard profiles

Except few glitches the app is fabulous! Assistance is amazing. Friendly app. It would be five but giving four stars for scope of development.

I feel there should be choice in people’s hand of choosing below/above their age. Not necessarily brides will have to choose more than their age same goes for grooms the choice should be available to mention the preferred age.

UI Bugs

1) On the login page itself, when you enter email id, it capitalises on every letter which is so irritating as a user to access or use it.
2) On any requests, if it is Accepted or Declined,API response is very slow that on Interests page, the number is still shown on Pending tab.
3) On Messages page, there is a search bar however it doesn’t work as expected.
4) Also, not everyone would like to disclose their income, so it would be good if it removes from Mandatory field as 0 is no-one’s income or it is not a good option to show your income as.
5) Also, if income is in Dollars or some other currencies than INR , conversion would have helped here for parents.

Not satisfied with services and paid highly as compensation many online sites

My 1st fault when I buy your subscriptions. And we cannot enter without paying fees it’s ridiculous strategy for earning money only. From 4 months I have seen many profiles but every time I get declined only. After counting guidelines from your team I changed profile matter but it couldn’t work on it. Your website and app based design is very cringe. it cannot filter, sort out easily, not even seen actual what I need. as I used another website like Marathi matrimony it’s easy to filter updates every time. In my personal opinion you have to change some payment regarding policies.
