This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service provider. I transferred money on January 29th, and today, February 4th, Vance is still showing that they are "waiting for funds from my bank." However, the payment was deducted from my Lloyds Bank account on January 29th, and Lloyds' customer service has confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed.Despite this, I have received no proper update from Vance. The most frustrating part? They don’t even have a customer service phone line—the only way to reach them is through messages or emails. I’ve tried both, and the experience has been beyond disappointing. It takes them 12 to 24 hours to respond to messages, and I haven’t received a single reply to my email in six days!All I keep getting from them is the same vague response: “We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.” But nothing is actually being done. This level of incompetence and lack of customer support is completely unacceptable. How can a financial service provider handle customer queries so irresponsibly, especially when it involves people’s money?I need an immediate resolution to this issue. Enough of the generic replies—I expect a concrete update and a solution right away.

I’ll rate 0 starts if there is an option to do so.
