AU Bank Customer: If you already have an account/credit card, you can register on the AU 0101 App by setting up your mPIN and entering account or debit/credit card details for authentication.

Not our customer: If you do not have an existing relationship with AU Bank, simply download AU 0101 App and input your name, email ID and start banking with us.

Not able to select year and month for card details on pay credit card bill

Payment cannot be done on this app. Go to Pay credit card bill —> Total amt due proceed —>Other banks pay now —> try to select month and year . Not able to select any month and year on my iphone 13 updated to latest software. The dropdown wont open and also cannot type the month and year.

Features and working

The app is excellent for the features . However A few observations 1. The current value on FD gives a false sense of the Amt actually deposited and difficult to keep track of the original deposit amount 2. Every time I look at the details of FD to find out the Amt of original deposit of a FD And press Back , the screen goes back to the first 3 FD and it is irritating to keep on pressing More again and again to see further information on other FDS . 3. While on line creation of FD from a joint account is convenient the FD so created is in the single name and defeats the purpose of joint accounts for seniors . Including the joint holders name involves paper work and cumbersome. Option to open FD in single / joint names as per the original account should be there . Other banks provide for it . 4. Option to download old credit card statement should be made available . 5. An estimate of the accrued interest during the year for fixed deposits would enable better tax planning .

Regarding AMB charges

Dear app developer or AU small finance bank IT team currently in our au0101 app we only found Previous month AMB and quarterly AMB. please provide current month average also so that we can Maintain our account. Timely to reduce AMB charges in our account. Ex:-If a customer know, his average monthly balance is low in current monthly So that he can aware timely and funded his account to reduce or nil AMB charges in his account.
