Second account login is very difficult

Both I and my wife have an account in this bank. Earlier we were able to process both the accounts through one app in the same mobile, but for the past some time we are not able to login to the second account. No option is coming. I tried again after logging in once, but even then the option is coming for only one account. No option is coming for the second account, even though I tried to login.

Is this Genuine air Fraud

First I have tried to open this account at time of video KYC I had waisted more then 3 Hours and every time there employe just disconnected at the last moment some how connected one of the employe she was really genuine and help to complete the KYC ,

And then now I am trying to login in this AU0101 Application it’s asking me give the permission of my contact, Microphone, Location, I can understand that bank required Location for the security, which is good I can understand that , but why they need my microphone access , why they need my contact access , it’s completely fraud they are just steel your contact data and in the back ground they can listen the conversation by using Microphone cause they ask to access , I had done biggest mistake of my life by opening the account in this bank , some how I decided to give complete permission to check this application and now it’s showing me Error there is technical issue what is that mean it’s completely fraud I would suggest you everyone before you decide to get the account in this fraud bank read the review first I had already wasted my time and energy , and still I am facing the issue to register in the application, seriously if I would know this earlier I will never choos this bank and now I am thinking to close this account

Features and working

The app is excellent for the features . However A few observations 1. The current value on FD gives a false sense of the Amt actually deposited and difficult to keep track of the original deposit amount 2. Every time I look at the details of FD to find out the Amt of original deposit of a FD And press Back , the screen goes back to the first 3 FD and it is irritating to keep on pressing More again and again to see further information on other FDS . 3. While on line creation of FD from a joint account is convenient the FD so created is in the single name and defeats the purpose of joint accounts for seniors . Including the joint holders name involves paper work and cumbersome. Option to open FD in single / joint names as per the original account should be there . Other banks provide for it . 4. Option to download old credit card statement should be made available . 5. An estimate of the accrued interest during the year for fixed deposits would enable better tax planning .
