Been using the Axis Bank Mobile App for a while. As compared to other banks’ apps this app compares very well, SBI Yono included! This App’s strong point is fluid access and seamless transition between different parts or modules of the App. Axis Bank does provide ease of use be it their branches or ATMs or this App. Only hitch is seeking solution or giving feedback through email is a great difficulty. This makes bank an opaque less accessible entity and that’s not good for its overall image. Please provide in-App well as in-Internet Banking portal proper and easy to use faculty to send email to bank’s customer care and also to the concerned branch. This is the most important missing link and needs IMMEDIATE redressal. Thanks
Got frustrated with multiple re-registrations
Never expected such worst experience with axis mobile app.
I was an existing customer to axis bank more than a decade. Even I’m using the mobile app from long time. Earlier with less app users and limited mobile facilities it worked good. Recently due to additional security or whatever app giving worst experience.
Multiple times it’s prompted for registrations. Even it was successfully registered earlier after certain days it’s again prompting for registration. Even that registration was un successful. I tried registering almost 10 times today. Also I deleted and re installed the app still the same issue. I’m using iPhone X with updated iOS. No issues with device or operating system.
I felt very disappointed for such worst situation. I assume axis lagged to upgrade its service to the advanced technologies. I observed Face ID was not included in its services where ICICI, Paytm and many other small app included such basic advantages.
POOR SERVICE WRONG SWRVICE
I put right otp then also block my card then i send sms for activation same as i got instruction from bank then Also not activate my card and customer care so pathethic and poor waste time and money and application is also so poor not able gp contact directly care and not even we can e mail to credit card department... but i know after dis review no one contact me and reslove issue becoz axis cresit card department not happy to help customers they just make fool customer but he is lier i use so many time my card but still not increae my limit they told on phone when he keep calling me ... we provide u all services but all are lier even my home loan also axis bank and not even update me my home loan subsidy status .... my life frist mistake why i join axis bank ... very poor service and all now very soon i close all thing with aXIS BANK I OPEN HDFC AND ICICI BANK AND VERY SOON I CLOSE ALL AXIS BANK HOME LOAN ALSO TRANSFERD AND ALSO CANCEL AXIS BANK CARD ....very pathetic service .....
