Poor design and functionality
The Axisdirect mobile app is one of the most erratic apps with a very poor user interface. Their latest update has a Filter coming up at the bottom that doesn’t allow you to mics the page of you demat listing . This app also hangs several times. Very preliminary and irritating . Surprised TCS can deliver such a poorly designed app
Wish I could give half a star.
I don’t really leave a negative feedback anywhere, because I how much hardwork a developer has put in order to make a beautiful product. This application belongs to one of the fast growing brokerage and the interface of this application is so bad that’s I’m amused how it app has been approved to be launched. This looks like an Inter was given a task of making mobile application.
Even a class 10 pass guy can develop better UI than this.
People want to trade/ invest on the go (on mobile) or on phone or website please go to some other place this application is so bad that you would regret signing up.
Note to axis direct : if you want to compete in the market try to have better IT infrastructure and Apps. 3in1 accounts won’t save you.
Needs upgrade very badly
I hate to write negative review by as an burgundy account holder n share holder of axis bank I am terribly disappointed with axis bank axis direct so. App looks shady old school nothing in app is functional n is only informative like an govt run apps. If u compare with zerodha app is novice n not at all user friendly. Axis either change app designer or bring down app form iOS App Store because your app is disgrace to axis bank credibility. Dint expect this from axis
