Description
Belong is a visitor and community management app designed to improve the living experience for residents of residential communities. Our app offers a range of features, including visitor management, amenities booking, grievance ticketing and redressal, and maintenance payment, all in one convenient place.
What’s New
Version 2.0.25
• Resident ID
- We are doing away with OTPs for amenity bookings. Each resident will have a unique ID(Resident ID).
- Once you book an amenity either for yourself or your family, instead of sharing an OTP with the security, you will just have to share your Resident ID with them.
• Booking credits
- We have introduced the concept of ‘Booking Credits’. Each resident would be assigned pre-defined credits which they can utilize to book amenities over the next pre-defined set of days.

Worthlessness has a new king
In a world of Mygates and NBH comes into the foray a gate management app which is horribly outdated. You cannot pre-approve a delivery instantly, if you pre-approve a guest on recurring basis the guest cannot enter premises because the details wont show up on the security personnel’s interface.
Maids, cooks and any service provider even if added under a flat will not show up on system used by security. Each time you have to approve an entry even though you have consciously approved someone’s entry.
One of the worst society app
Guys do not allow belong app ever in your society we are planning to remove them
They are deciding what to be done and what not to be done for our society without our consent our builder staff neither we know but they are updating 15pages rules and the worst rule they added you need credit to use your own amenities
Completely non sense
Worst app - basically nothing works in it
I was trying to reopen a closed request which this app doesn’t allow .
Their OTP doesn’t work when you pre-approve a guest in iPhone 14 Pro .
Otp doesn’t match when security enters it to use club house amenity .
It’s a useless app which Brigade compels their customers to use as it’s owned by them .
