Delete Account feature
1. Access the contact Us Page
2. Find "Delete Account" Button
3. Confirm Account Deletion by clicking Yes or No
4. If you select “No”: You will be returned to the “Contact Us” page
5. If you select “Yes”: You will proceed to the next step.
6. A new pop-up window will display the balance of your CMS wallet and rewards for all associated
accounts
7. If the balance is zero for all the wallets and rewards regarding all programs then user can click on "Proceed" Button to create Delete Account request
