Bisleri at Doorstep 4+

I ordered 20 liters Bisleri bottles. Order placed on June 28th which was supposed to be delivered by max on 30 June. Guy calls me for the delivery ans says will reach there in an hour.
Guy did not came, called he did not answer.
It’s been July 2nd and order has not been delivered yet. I called customer service they said will be delivered today after an escalation was raised against the order but not sure when it will be delivered. I was waiting until first half my Saturday which was waste of my time, guy calls in a very rude tone saying “share your location on WhatsApp or will not be able to deliver the product”. After knowing my location he said “I will let you know if I can deliver by evening or so”
Called customer care, they called delivery guy and near by delivery office no one answered their call.

I couldn’t buy water bottle from anywhere else as I don’t have any spare bottle so if delivery guy will come then I won’t have anything to give them in exchange.
They put me in a situation where i was sitting thirsty because of these people. Also wasted half day of my Saturday because I live alone and there will be no one to collect the delivery.

There is no system, no one is looking into the issues at the backend. Better buy it from nearby shop or get it from some other service provider.

Bisleri should stop their service for the delivery of 20 litre cans as they are not competent for that, firstly, you pay almost twice the amount for water, which is fine if the service is good at least.

But it is not, in fact, it is abysmal, they failed to deliver it twice (both the times the delivery agent’s number was switched off) after being promised by their customer service agents that the delivery will be made by 8 PM now I get why they want you to wait till 8 PM as their customer care is operational till that time, once it is offline, you cannot even complain, and what about delivery you ask, it will NEVER HAPPEN. I had never been this frustrated in my life, so stay away from them if you want to remain happy.

The app says that the product will be delivered in 24 hours, it has been 4 days since I ordered the Bisleri water can but still the product has not been delivered. These people are here to cheat you and are least concerned about the problem one can face if the essential commodity like drinking water is not delivered on time.
I would like to give negative rating( less than zero) for the pathetic delivery service offered by the brand and would like to advice all the customers to forget the delivery of product even if ordered 240 hours ago.
Really very bad service and they are also not reachable on the customer support phone number.
Won’t recommend anyone for this service.
