Don’t bother ordering from their website or their app. They recommend ordering from the app and commit to 24 hour delivery however it’s now been 5 days since I ordered and paid upfront only to get a call from a dealer saying it should have been cash on delivery.

Based on this horrendous experience, I have lost any trust I had on Bisleri. Just walk down to your local store and buy Kinley, Aquafina or literally anything else. God knows how they treat their water if they can’t perform a simple task as delivering 2 water bottles. I’ve cancelled my order cause I don’t trust them or their dealers anymore with anything.

Buggy app

I have been trying to use the app from so long. This is my 3rd attempt to download and use it in the past 6-8 months. It’s still buggy. Products are not visible in the cart. Cannot check out. It’s total crap.

I ordered two days ago still not deliver didn’t find any option for raising the issue. Not expected from the brand like this
