Blinkit: Grocery in 10 minutes 4+

Fastest delivery ever!

Ordered for the very first time from Chandigarh tricity area and I have to gladly say that the order was delivered in under 20 minutes!! The best thing is I also get to have fresh milk, paneer and butter delivered anytime of the day especially in the times when one dreads going into a crowded shop and even more importantly if I am occupied and have to get the groceries delivered without having to bother to go myself out! The prime thing is the instant delivery, which the other online aggregators-either automatically allowing you a delivery slot- can push a delivery time either a day away or within a stipulated time which runs in 4 hour slots, that sometimes can simply mean having to wait out for almost half a day. The packaging is also a brilliant plus, since it comes in a properly sealed bag that can be left at the reception also if someone is unavailable during the package delivery! And the fresh consumables arrives in a cold chain which keeps the temperature optimum for consumption! Kudos to team Blinkit (Grofers). You definitely have made one permanent customer here today!

Extra charges

This ridiculous, I mainly ordered wiper(price was ₹498) so I added few thing in vegetables, because I thought I’m paying for handling change to should order few more thing for my personal expense benefit. But suddenly my main concern product got unavailable and received rest of the vegetables (₹78) plus handling change ₹11. Why I would pay extra handling change just for 2 veggies!!!! It was your(Blinkit) fault and I’m paying extra just for 2 veggies. This is not acceptable. I want my money back(only asking for extra expense I have paid) or else wiper without paying any extra shipping charge(and by the way (I urgently needed the wiper at the time but….) . If you know that product is not available you should have ask me that still I want this Order or not !!!! . Customer representative can’t even solve my problem. See ₹11 is such a small amount but the thing is if I wanted couple of veggies, definitely I’m going to pay ₹11 handling charge by ordered on the Blinkit. I added it with wiper(₹498 with ₹11 handling charge) because I thought let’s add few thing because I was already paying for handling charge on wiper. And end of the delivery of the order I’m receiving my main things which is wiper. So it’s really disappointed me. . Now, I not going to part of Blinkit anymore, Thank you for your amazing service!!!!!!!

Very bad. Not recommended at all

I really don’t want to do this, but I have to today, I ordered kulfis and ice cream, one of the ice cream was completely melted, and they came to take the item, I refunded, however, it was really unnecessary, and without asking me where I want the refund, they gave me a coupon, and the agent I spoke to said I agreed to it, where as I never said okay to get a refund as a coupon. Blinkit is such a messed up online store that there are times when we order something by mistake and don’t want it, but they won’t take the return and not ready to return. We have to keep it even if we don’t need it, now for an ice cream which was already melted when it arrived, and I raised an issue within 3 mins of receiving the order, they wanted to come and take the item, which would just go to dustbin, it was not edible at all, it was a vanilla flavour but it turned off white, when it melted, not sure why… also I give a 1 star rating to all my orders as they charge delivery fee of ₹16, and handling fee every-time we order but they don’t handle well and don’t deliver good quality items. I don’t recommend this all. I would suggest going for other delivery companies, the service on Blinkit is not good either. I highly don’t recommend to anyone to use Blinkit. Go out and buy things yourself, walk out a little as an exercise, otherwise Ofer from different delivery companies. Very bad service, very disappointed.
