GG on the new upgrade
Dev team did an amazing job on upgrading and improving the overall app and turned it into a Mona Lisa.. Old app was super annoying and buggy with the UI being super ugly and confusing to use, was looking super out dated aswell
New app features a great UI and no doubt in that but there is a issue which is super annoying and makes me wanna use other apps for mainly UPI transaction is that whenever ur in Hurry the BOB logo itself takes around 5-6 seconds to finish making the intro for the app super annoying every single time.. i would give 5 Stars if u can remove that 101 BOB logo on app boot time… and either replace it with a static image or a 1-2 second intro

Compatibility Error
I’m using Bob world on an iPhone 6 which has iOS 12.5 installed. On launching the app, I get an error that states, the version is not compatible with the iOS of the system. But in the compatibility mentioned on the App Store it says the app is compatible with any iPhone having iOS 10 or later. All this is preventing me to access my accounts on the app. It will be grateful if the teams looks into this issue. I have been using the app on this same device for almost two to three years. And not being able to access the app even when my device meets the requirements is not acceptable. Can someone look into the matter and get back to me. I’m really looking for a positive response.

Not supporting iOS 12.5.5
Sir,
Even though it is mentioned that BOB WORLD is compatible with iOS 10 or later , it doesn’t support my apple handset which a version of iOS 12.5.5 .
Please treat this most urgent and revert back asap
Why you don’t reply... you don’t have any system to reply.... I am stuck and Can’t operate my account.... this is too worst ......because you have developed this app all my transactions got hampered not fair at all .... seems you don’t care customers..... why should anyone bank upon you ... ??????????????
